SCHW Annual General Meeting

Thursday 30th April 10.00am

Just to let all our SCHW organisations know that the next SCHW Board meeting on Thursday 30th April (10.00-12.00) is an open meeting online and will be combined with the AGM. SCHW's Trustees report and audited accounts have been submitted to OSCR and are available here - audited accounts and OSCR - Scottish Register for Charities in Scotland.  The agenda for the AGM is presented below.

1.    Declaration of interests.

2.    Matters Arising.

1.    Outstanding actions from previous meetings and approval of the minutes of the previous AGM.

3.    Chair's Report. - An overview of the charity's work over the last year, key successes, challenges and risks, and next year's plans.

4.    Standing Agenda Items. 

• Annual Accounts and Auditors.

• Financial Management arrangement

5.    Election of Trustees and any nominations for 2 vacancies

6.    Election of officers ie Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary

7.    Other Agenda Items.

8.    Any Other Business (AOCB). 

It would be great to have representatives from SCHW organisations in attendance at the AGM and the business meeting.   It is always good to hear and share

views and ideas from SCHW organisations on the key topics on our business agenda following the AGM.
