Through five structured learning outcomes, participants will build knowledge and practical skills in inclusive engagement, innovative budgeting methods, and understanding the impact of inequality on participation. The course combines self‑directed study, multimedia learning materials, and reflective portfolio development, supported by short assessments to consolidate learning. The course is online and free for volunteers, those working in community‑focused roles, and community council board members.
